Hard Water Spot Removal in the Imperial & Coachella Valleys
Irrigation overspray + desert minerals = cloudy glass. We restore clarity safely on exterior windows and doors, then set you up to keep it that way. Owner-operated, insured. $145 minimum per visit.
Why spots happen here
- Sprinklers and irrigation overspray bake minerals onto glass.
- Wind moves mineral dust that fuses under sun and heat.
- Left too long, spots etch the surface. Etching can’t always be fully reversed.
How we restore safely
- Test patch and confirmation of stain vs. etch.
- Staged restoration with panel-safe compounds and pads.
- Neutralize, pure-water rinse, and clarity check.

Hard water FAQs
Can you remove etched spots completely?
Etching is physical damage. We restore appearance significantly, but severe etching may not disappear 100%. We’ll show a test patch first.
Will restoration scratch my glass?
No. We use glass-safe compounds and pads, test first, and finish with a zero-TDS rinse.
How do I prevent spots coming back?
Re-aim sprinklers away from glass and book bi-annual window cleaning. Fresh mineral film is easier to remove before it etches.
