Common questions from managers and owners

Can you work before opening or after business hours?
Yes. For most restaurants, retail, and medical offices we schedule early morning or evening work to avoid crowding your customers. For larger projects we coordinate with your team so access, parking, and safety are all handled before we arrive.
Do you provide proof of insurance and documentation?
We carry active liability coverage and can provide certificates of insurance on request. For larger projects and initial restorations we also provide written scopes and photo documentation so you can show ownership exactly what was done.
How do you handle oil, grease, and heavy gum?
We pretreat stains with appropriate degreasers or specialty products, then surface clean with the correct pressure. Old, set in oil or rust often leaves a light shadow, which we explain before service. Gum removal is included for route clients up to a reasonable amount, and heavy gum fields are billed hourly.
What if my site needs a lift or special access equipment?
When a lift is required, we arrange it, schedule delivery and pickup, and add it to your invoice with a 20 percent markup to cover coordination. This keeps your process simple, and we stay within the safety requirements of both the property and the lift provider.
Is this a contract, or can we start with a trial?
Most storefront routes and pad cleanings start with a simple agreement and a trial period so you can see the difference on your own property. Larger properties and complex projects come with a detailed written proposal so expectations are clear before day one.
