Exterior $8/window recurring or $10 one-time. Complete is $14/$16; Complete + Screens is $18/$20. $160 residential minimum.

Solar panel cleaning

Quarterly $8/panel, biannual $9, or one-time $11. Minimums are $160/$170/$180; two-story access adds $2/panel.

Pressure washing

Flatwork is $0.25/sq ft standalone or $0.20/sq ft as a same-visit add-on. Minimums are $175 standalone or $100 add-on.

House wash

House and stucco washing is $0.30/sq ft of wall area with a $175 standalone minimum.
