For every visit, we bring standard HVAC filters sized to your system, plus replacement batteries for your smoke and CO alarms. During your first walkthrough, we log how many devices you have and their sizes so we always show up ready.
All HomeCare plans are set up on a simple quarterly schedule (four visits per year). That’s often enough to stay ahead of problems without turning your calendar into a chore list.
Think of HomeCare as the “inside” protection plan. Premium Care+ includes an exterior window clean and solar rinse once per year so your home gets a yearly reset, but regular window and solar maintenance can be scheduled at member pricing.
Your plan is billed monthly, automatically. No surprise charges, no house calls you didn’t approve. Add-on work (like extra windows, solar, or specialty filters) is clearly quoted before we touch anything.
