Mr. Juniper is an owner-operated property-care company serving the Imperial Valley — windows, solar panels, turf care, pressure washing, lighting, and more. We're not a franchise. We're a real local business and we're growing.
A Day in the Life
You get the day's job list, make sure the truck and equipment are ready, and head out prepared. Organization here sets the tone for the whole day.
When you arrive, you're representing Mr. Juniper. That means professional, friendly, respectful, and ready to work.
This is the bulk of the day. You'll learn multiple services, follow our process, manage your time, and make sure the work is actually finished before packing up.
Before leaving, you inspect your own work, catch anything that needs attention, take the required photos, and leave the property better than you found it.
Equipment gets checked, job notes get completed, and the truck gets reset so the next workday starts clean and organized.
Who We're Looking For

Reliable — actually Customers rearrange their mornings for us. Showing up on time, prepared and ready to work is non-negotiable.

Comfortable working outdoors This is physical work in the Imperial Valley. Heat is part of the job, and we take heat safety seriously.

Detail-oriented without being babysat You notice streaks. You notice missed spots. You check your own work before someone else has to.

Valid driver's license A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for the position.

Good with people You don't need to be a salesperson. You do need to be someone customers feel comfortable having at their home or business.

Coachability matters We have systems and standards for a reason. We're looking for someone who can take feedback, apply it, and improve quickly.

Experience not required We'll train the right person from the ground up. What we can't train is work ethic, attitude, character or attention to detail.
What You Get
Training starts at $22 per hour, with a path to higher pay as you become fully trained and take on more responsibility.
Fully trained technicians can move to $24/hr, with a Lead Technician path reaching $25–$26/hr.
Additional earning opportunities may be available for technician-generated add-ons, leads and sales.
We provide the professional equipment, tools and required safety gear for the work.
No professional cleaning experience required. We teach the systems, techniques and standards we expect.
Not 1099 gig work. This is a W-2 position with a growing local company.
