Mr. Juniper is an owner-operated exterior cleaning company — windows, solar panels, pressure washing, gutters, screens, and more. We're not a franchise. We're a real local business and we're growing.
A Day in the Life
You get the day's job list, confirm arrival times with any customers who need a heads-up, and make sure your gear is good to go. Organization here sets the tone for the whole day.
You drive to the job site in your own vehicle. When you arrive, you introduce yourself, do a quick walkthrough with the customer, and confirm what's being done before you start.
This is the bulk of the day. You'll work independently, manage your time at each job, and do the work right the first time. We don't rush and then go back.
Before you leave every job, you do a final walkthrough, snap before/after photos, and make sure the customer is happy. A clean job close matters as much as the clean itself.
Quick notes on any job issues, equipment check, and you're done. No staying late because something wasn't planned. We run tight schedules on purpose.
Who We're Looking For

Reliable — actually Customers rearrange their mornings for us. Showing up on time, every time, is non-negotiable.

Comfortable working outdoors in the heat El Centro summers are no joke. If working outside in July sounds like a dealbreaker, this role isn't the right fit.

Detail-oriented without being told to be You notice streaks. You double-check before you pack up. You care what it looks like when you leave.

Valid driver's license + reliable transportation You'll be driving yourself to job sites. A clean record and a dependable vehicle are required.

Good with people Not a salesperson — just someone customers are glad they opened the door for. Friendly, professional, no drama.

Experience not required We'll train the right person from the ground up. What we can't train is attitude and character.
