Window Cleaning

Optional inspections and panel treatments
Quarterly service includes one thermal inspection. Specialty access or lift work is reviewed separately.
Pressure Washing
Stain pretreatment starts at +$0.20/sq ft with a $75 minimum. Oil, rust, calcium, paint, and restoration receive a quick review.
House Washing
Soft-wash pricing assumes normal buildup and accessible exterior surfaces. Heavy oxidation or specialty stains are reviewed first.
Screen Repair & Replacement
$125 standalone minimum. No separate minimum when added to another service. Oversized screens over 20 sq ft are reviewed at $5.50/sq ft.
Bird Control Package
Solar Guard starts at $750. Restore adds cleanup and starts at $1,000. Total Bird Defense adds optical deterrents and the first annual inspection, starting at $1,350. Final optical placement and active-nest restrictions are reviewed onsite.
Permanent Lighting Installation
Customer-supplied: $8/$10/$12 per ft. Mr. Juniper-supplied Govee: $13/$15/$17 per ft. Standard mounting track, fasteners, and one-year workmanship warranty are included. Electrical modifications are separate.
Holiday Lighting
Customer-supplied installs are $5/ft one story or $7/ft two story. Mr. Juniper-owned lights are $10/ft one story or $13/ft two story and include installation, scheduled removal, maintenance, and storage.
Window Film
$350 standard installation minimum; $500 safety/security minimum. Safety/security film remains review-required. Film selection and glass compatibility are confirmed before scheduling.
Storefront Windows
Each glass side counts separately. Weekly $2.25, biweekly $2.75, monthly $4, and one-time $5.50. Route minimum $45; isolated recurring $75; one-time $150.
Commercial Window Project
Volume pricing is provisional and assumes repetitive ground-level panes. Elevated access, lifts, stickers, paint, hard water, and construction debris are reviewed separately.
Dumpster Pads
$250 minimum. Multiple pads, unusual containment, heavy grease, or water-recovery requirements receive a reviewed quote.
Playground Cleaning
Initial reset: $425 / $625 / $850. Recurring: $350 / $525 / $725. High-touch sanitizing is $125 / $175 / $250. Extra towers are reviewed visually.
Commercial Pressure Washing
$450 minimum. General flatwork: $0.22 under 5,000 sq ft; $0.18 at 5,000–14,999; $0.15 at 15,000+. Night work +20%. Recovery, hot water, and containment are reviewed.
Commercial Solar Cleaning
1–49: $10/panel · 50–99: $9 · 100–249: $8 · 250–499: $7 · 500+: $6. $600 minimum. Separate buildings, water sources, or service dates may reset the volume tier.
Commercial Window Film
$350 standard minimum; $500 safety/security minimum. Safety/security film remains review-required. Large, special-order, or access-sensitive projects are reviewed before confirmation.
Glass Restoration
A test area may be required. Permanent etching, scratches, and fabrication debris are not guaranteed to restore completely.
Graffiti Removal
$12 per affected sq ft with a $350 minimum. Coated, painted, porous, or sensitive surfaces require a test spot before confirmation.
Apartment Turnover / Make-Ready
Contract rates assume vacant units, working utilities, centralized access, and repeat volume. Isolated units add $75 mobilization. Severe nicotine, pet waste, biohazards, and extreme conditions require a custom quote.

Quarterly and biannual use the same recurring price per visit. Quarterly includes the extra inspection benefits.
