Welcome to Mr. Juniper — a family-owned cleaning and lighting service based in the Imperial Valley and Coachella Valley. By requesting a quote, booking services, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and privacy practices.

1. Service Overview

Mr. Juniper provides professional cleaning services including solar panel cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, trash bin cleaning, and lighting installation (patio & holiday). Services are scheduled through our website, phone, or in-person visits. Booking with us means you agree to the terms outlined here.

2. Estimates & Site Assessments

We may use aerial drones to assess your property, quote accurately, or inspect conditions—especially hard-to-reach areas.
By requesting a quote or booking service, you grant us permission to:

  • Fly drones over your property

  • Capture photo/video for internal and promotional use (with identifying features blurred unless approved)

  • Use media in marketing if you've granted verbal or written consent

All drone use follows FAA guidelines and respects your privacy.

3. Promotional Media

With your permission, we may photograph or film your property after service to showcase our work. Personal identifiers like house numbers or names will only be shown with your explicit approval.

4. Weather & Safety

We do not operate in unsafe conditions such as high winds, rain, or extreme heat. If weather impacts your appointment, we’ll reschedule free of charge. Safety is our top priority.

5. Access Requirements

To keep your job on schedule, please:

  • Unlock gates

  • Secure pets

  • Move vehicles or obstructions (if applicable)
    If we arrive and cannot perform the service due to access issues, a $25 trip fee may apply.

6. Add-ons & Upgrades

Services such as hard water spot removal, deodorizing trash bins, interior window cleaning, or lighting design upgrades can be added during booking or onsite with technician approval. Extra charges apply.

7. Payments & Discounts

Payment is due at the time of service unless pre-arranged. Discounts and promo codes must be applied during booking — retroactive adjustments are not guaranteed.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $25 cancellation fee.

9. Recurring Service Plan Terms

Monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly plans come with discounted rates. If you cancel after only one visit, your invoice may be adjusted to reflect one-time pricing.

  • Minimum of two visits required to keep recurring discounts

  • You can pause or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice

  • Skipping more than two cleanings may result in a rate adjustment

10. Liability Disclaimer

We’re fully insured and take every precaution to protect your property. However, Mr. Juniper is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Roof or structural issues not caused by our work

  • Damage from third-party devices (e.g. satellite dishes, bird netting, cameras)

11. Temporary Roof Anchor Installation

We may use OSHA-compliant temporary anchors for rooftop access. Anchors are installed and removed the same day, without permanent damage. Let us know if you have restrictions like warranties or fragile roofing.

12. Satisfaction Guarantee

Not happy? Contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right—no questions asked.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 or market services to them.
