Pressure Washing
$175 residential minimum. Oil, rust, calcium, paint, oxidation, efflorescence, and restoration are quoted separately.
Screen Repair & Replacement
Pet-Resistant Mesh Upgrades — +$20
$150 residential minimum. Oversized, specialty-shape, door, or uncommon-frame screens require review.
Solar Bird Proofing
Mesh and non-penetrating clips included. Solar cleaning, nest/debris removal, and sanitation are separate.

Roofline Linear Feet
Includes installation and scheduled removal. Rental also includes Mr. Juniper-owned commercial-grade lights, reasonable in-season maintenance, and storage. Lift rental and redesigns are separate.
Window Film
Existing Film Removal (Square Feet) — +$5
$350 standard installation minimum; $500 safety/security minimum. Safety/security film remains review-required. Film selection and glass compatibility are confirmed before scheduling.
Storefront Windows
Stop Type Clustered / Established Route Stop Standalone Stop — $75 minimum
Each glass side counts separately. Weekly $2/side ($30 route minimum); biweekly $2.50/side ($35); monthly $4/side ($50). Standalone stops have a $75 minimum.
One-Time Commercial Window Project
Lift rental is billed separately at landed cost plus 20%. Stickers, paint, hard water, and construction debris are separate.
Dumpster Pads

$250 minimum. Multiple pads, unusual containment, heavy grease, or water-recovery requirements receive a reviewed quote.

Commercial Pressure Washing
$400 standalone commercial minimum. Water recovery, hot water, lifts, overnight work, and special containment are custom-quoted.
Commercial Solar Cleaning
Number of Panels
1–99 panels: $10 each, $300 minimum. 100–199: $8 each. 200+ panels require a custom quote. Difficult access, lifts, shutdown coordination, and water-access issues are separate.
